Embeded Software Engineer / technical project manager

We need someone with embedded software skills who understands the entire product development process. Responsible for leading the full development team while at the same time writing code for embedded DSPs and microprocessors.

Primary Responsibilities:
Managing wireless product development projects and delivering to performance, schedule and budget goals. Code development on DSP and microprocessor platforms. Managing both internal and external resources, multi-functional teams, through all phases of product development from system conception to manufacturing. Heavy emphasis on vendor/subcontract management. Candidate must have demonstrated people and leadership skills. Occasional Travel required. Occasional hands-on debug and test required.Required:
BSEE or BSCS (or higher) Programming experience in C, C++, XML, SOAP, JAVA and some script languages such as Python , Perl, or TCL a plus.
Min 5 years + of relative professional experience
Microsoft project scheduling experience.
Experience with wireless platforms and standards such as Bluetooth, WiFi, DECT and others a plus.
Experience with analog/digital HW design and embedded HW/SW systems.
